This policy explains what we will do with data you provide to Challenge Northumberland when registering for Clarty Bairns.
The personal data we collect
When you start the registration process, you will be directed to the website of our challengenorthumberlandentry.co.uk website, maintained by our partner organisation, P Waller Web Design. Their site we will ask you for some information that we need to deliver Clarty Bairns. As well as your name and contact details, we will ask you about your occupation (as this gives us useful demographic data) and any medical conditions (this is important to allow us to deliver the event safely). We will ask you for personal data of the children you will be bringing to the event. We will also ask for the details of someone who can act as an emergency contact: please check that this person agrees to you giving us their details. Finally, your payment details will be processed by another partner organisation, www.stripe.com.
You are providing your data to us with your consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Who will see your personal data
Your data will be recorded on the challengenorthumberlandentry.co.uk website and passed directly to us at Active Northumberland. We have taken all reasonable measures to satisfy ourselves that both P Waller Web Design and Stripe.com will protect your data and process it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
How long we will retain your data
We will hold your personal data for two years. This is to allow us to contact about future events that may be of interested you. It is in our legitimate interests to do so. You may, if you wish, object to our use of your data for this purpose.
After two years, your data will be deleted.
